The Dranjer CBR9 is designed to retrofit an existing floor drain and has replaced the Dranjer JN6. The modular lid can be trimmed to a custom size using a jigsaw and used to replace your existing drain cover and works on floor drains measuring 5.75” to 9” in diameter. Like the JN6, the CBR9 lets fluid in, but prevents gases, odours, and bugs from coming up into your home. The CBR9 is suitable for installation alongside a sub-slab depressurization system that draws up to 0.75 inches of water column (measured at the floor drain). In addition, the CBR9 also provides an aesthetically pleasing alternative to metal drain covers which are present in many homes, facilitates serviceability to the Dranjer valve and facilitates serviceability to the original floor drain space, if needed.
