Radon

An Invisible Gas That Poses a Health Risk

Radon Monitoring

Radon is invisible and odourless, but special sensors are used to detect its presence. Typically, we measure radon in the lowest occupied area of a home for a duration of several months. But occasionally a shorter term test can be helpful in screening for radon issues or validating that a mitigation system is working as intended.

Radon Mitigation

If Radon levels exceed guidelines, we can help homeowners mitigate the problem. One option is to install a fan that vents radon from below the basement floor to the outside. Installation costs vary case by case, but we’d be happy to provide you with a free estimate.

We praise the DIYers of the world and are proud to offer installation support services. We can provide consultation and guidance at a fraction of the installation cost.
